Shipping policy

Free shipping is offered to the UK and the US.

After you receive your order confirmation email, all orders are completed within 8 to 9 business days (excluding Saturdays and holidays). An additional notification will be sent to you upon shipment of your product.

We provide flat-rate delivery of £15 to:

Once a shipment reaches your destination country, import charges and taxes (including VAT) may apply to your order. If these fees are incurred, you, the client, are responsible for them and Superior Leather is not liable for them, even though we make every effort to prevent them.

 

How can I find out how my order is progressing?
We will send you an email to let you know when your order ships, along with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Please give the tracking information 48 hours to become accessible.

Please write us at “info@bexhide.co.uk” with your name and order number if, after 10 days of receiving your shipment confirmation email, you have not received your order. We will investigate.

 

Returns, swaps, and refunds :
If the item is unopened and in original condition, we accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Refunds will be issued for the entire order amount less the return shipping charges.

Please inform us as soon as possible at “info@bexhide.co.uk” with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition if your order arrives damaged in any way. Although we handle things on a case-by-case basis, we will make every effort to find a workable solution.
