Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return under our 30-day return policy.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packing, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.

You can get in touch with us at “info@bexhide.co.uk” to begin a return. We’ll email you a return mailing label and instructions on where to send your package if your return is approved. We won’t accept returns for items that are sent back to us without first requesting one.

Damages and problems :
In order for us to assess the situation and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.


Exclusions and non-refundable products :
Certain things, such as custom items (such special orders or personalized items), are not returnable. If you have any questions or issues with your particular item, please contact us.

Sadly, gift cards and things on sale are not returnable.

 

Exchanges :
Returning the item you have and making a fresh purchase for the desired item after the return is accepted is the quickest way to be sure you get what you want.


Returns :
As soon as we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be instantly refunded. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.
